I am a seasoned Global Human Capital and Leadership Consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations and leaders unlock their full potential. My professional journey has taken me across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where I’ve worked at the intersection of Human Capital, Talent Management, HR Transformation, Leadership Development, Coaching, Culture, and Change Management.


I’ve had the privilege of leaving my mark on world-class organizations such as Accenture (EMEA), AND Digital (UK), Mastercard Foundation (Africa & Canada), Deloitte (West Africa), LEAP Africa (Nigeria), Access Bank (Nigeria), and Domestic and General Insurance (UK). Through these partnerships, I’ve collaborated with leadership teams to reshape organizational cultures, redefine work dynamics, manage transformational change, and strengthen talent management strategies. My passion lies in illuminating the future of work, especially how technology can enhance the employee experience and create thriving workplaces.


My expertise spans multiple industries; from financial services, retail & fashion, FMCG, and international non-profits to the public sector, international development, and media.


Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about giving back. I find joy in mentoring young Africans, helping them navigate their career journeys with confidence and clarity. I’ve also shared my insights in my book, Work Readiness Made Easy, a practical guide to career success.

recruitment at Global Green Growth Initiative, South Korea.
• Directed organizational design, career pathways, and competency framework development for OPEC Fund, Vienna, Austria.

Exchange’s new working methods.
• Led culture integration for a bank M&A, creating strategy and plans to
embed a unified post-merger culture.
